The Predictive Index is a suite of behavioral assessment tools that provides organizations with insights into the behavioral drives and needs of their employees and candidates. It combines behavioral science with intuitive software to help businesses make informed hiring decisions, develop leaders, and enhance team dynamics. The PI system is rooted in over 60 years of research and is designed to predict workplace behavior effectively.

- Company Events
- At Benchmark, celebrating our people is at the heart of who we are. Events are opportunities to connect, recharge, and strengthen the relationships that make our work meaningful. Whether we’re gathering across departments, recognizing milestones, or simply taking time to unwind together, our events reflect our culture of appreciation and community. Each year, employees come together for signature traditions, including our Employee Appreciation Event, Summer Picnic, End of Fiscal Year Celebration, Turkey Trot project tours, Holiday Brunch, and Holiday Party. In addition to our larger gatherings, we enjoy hosting smaller moments of fun and connection throughout the year—cookoffs, team lunches, happy hours, and casual celebrations. These lighter touch events help maintain energy, morale, and camaraderie, supporting a workplace environment where people feel valued and engaged. At Benchmark, our events are part of how we invest in our culture. By bringing people together regularly and intentionally, we foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose that carries into the work we do every day.
- Flexibility/Balance
- At Benchmark, we know that life doesn’t fit neatly into a box, and supporting our people means recognizing the realities of modern work and home life. Our flexible work philosophy is built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to meeting the needs of both our employees and our field‑driven operations. Managers can offer scheduling adjustments, and employees are encouraged to discuss alternative arrangements when personal responsibilities arise. While not every request can be approved, all reasonable proposals are thoughtfully considered, provided business needs remain fully supported, and workflow is uninterrupted. Flexibility at Benchmark goes hand‑in‑hand with accountability. Employees keep their teams informed of schedule changes, whether they’re working offsite, stepping away briefly, or adjusting their hours. Clear communication, including updated calendars and out‑of‑office messaging when needed, ensures we stay responsive, collaborative, and dependable to one another and to the field teams we’re here to support. Above all, our approach is rooted in balance. We aim to create an environment where employees can navigate life’s demands and where flexibility strengthens both personal well-being and our collective performance.
