Benchmark University

To actively develop our employees to their highest potential, Benchmark has implemented a transformational training program that positively impacts every level of our organization. This program focuses on mentorship, training, and encouraging everyone to use their skills and abilities every day. This comprehensive training program is available to all employees and provides a standard curriculum for each role based on their responsibilities and experience level.

Built to Lead

Through our Built to Lead Internship Program, we offer both office and field summer internships to help develop the future workforce. Interns are given meaningful work, opportunities to lead, additional training, connection events (both fun and volunteer-based), an opportunity to present to their peers and leaders, and an overall meaningful experience to help them decide if Benchmark is a fit for them, as well as the construction industry as a whole.
