Benchmark partnered with UGI, Inc. to construct a new operations center in Middletown, PA. The 11,480 SF pre-engineered metal building features a mezzanine, warehouse space with forklift ramp, offices, and a break room. The site includes CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) pump station, security fencing with gate, propane & pipe storage, and employee parking.
