Building Addition and Renovation

Benchmark partnered with Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development to expand the services they offer to the surrounding community.

This project includes the construction of a three-story (plus basement) addition to serve the Center’s growing therapy service programs and will also allow the consolidation of administrative office space within the upper floors of the addition. Associated site work was included in the scope of work.

This addition consists of approximately 20,000 square feet and includes a small therapy garden and administrative offices on the second and third floors.

Upon completion of the addition, phased interior renovations will occur, converting the existing administrative office wing into space that will provide Behavioral Health programs, renovating the existing therapy suite to expand their services, conversion of gang-style bathrooms into individual changing rooms, and a new outdoor therapy garden.
