Benchmark Real Estate partnered with Messiah Lifeways to develop a satellite independent living campus on an 85-acre greenfield site.
Phase I of the project will include 75 single and duplex cottages, a 98,000 SF three-story apartment building with various community spaces, a fitness room, café, and an outdoor terrace. Campus amenities include walking paths throughout the property leading to the bordering creek, pavilions, and plenty of natural green space.
