The Suites Hybrid Apartments

Benchmark is partnering with Fellowship Community, continuing-care retirement community, to build three independent living buildings on its 67-acre campus. Phase 1 will break ground in Fall 2025.

Each buildings will include 24 apartments ranging in size from 1,050 to 1,450 SF and featuring smart home technology. Apartment options include one-bedroom with a den and 1 1/2 baths, two-bedroom with two baths and two-bedroom plus a den with two baths. Residents will have the opportunity to customize their unit through a resident selection process.

The expansion include a Maker’s Space for artists and craftsmen, a theater for movies and performances and carports.
