Community Center

As part of the overall campus improvement project, the Secretariat Plan, Phase 1, involved demolishing and reconstructing the porte cochere in three months. The short duration was required since the structure was located at the main entrance to its community center. Our team diligently procured materials and long-lead items to ensure the project was ready to proceed with no delays during construction.

Phase 2 involved decreasing the depth of the existing swimming pool for use during recreational events.

Phase 3 was a complete renovation of their existing auditorium, which now provides residents with a better audio and visual experience.
