Through a carefully phased construction approach, the team overcame significant challenges, including HVAC deficiencies and material constraints, while maintaining uninterrupted patient care and operational safety. Innovative solutions such as off-hours work, creative material delivery, and strict noise controls ensured both project quality and minimal disruption to adjacent clinical areas.
