Located adjacent to Exit 42 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the property provides immediate access to I-95 and both the PA and NJ Turnpikes. Benchmark Real Estate led a successful rezone, text amendment, and approval process to be able to quickly demolish the hotel and provide the community and industrial users with a new opportunity and a fresh slate.
