Ann’s Choice Keystone Clubhouse

Benchmark partnered with Erickson on a multi-phased project to renovate their existing Keystone Clubhouse. The project required extensive coordination and communication to ensure resident safety as the clubhouse remain open during construction.

The project updates include installing new partitions in the multipurpose room, new millwork in numerous rooms, updated food-service equipment in auxiliary venues, new and modified ceilings, updated lighting for energy efficiency, and new carpet on the grand staircase.
