Pennswood Village

The wellness center is an addition to the existing community center and includes a 24 x 66-foot cool water lap pool, 27 x 50-foot warm water therapy pool and a bubbly couch. The center also features a 3,200 SF fitness center with aerobics room, pneumatic strengthening equipment, cardiovascular equipment, free weights and other amenities including a juice bar. The building highlights a post and beam roof structure and eight-foot windows, which allow for natural sunlight to shine into the building.
