Physicians’ Surgery Center

Anchored by a 19,000 SF state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center (ASC), the Lancaster General Physicians’ Surgical Center climbs three stories totaling 68,250 SF. Construction on the nine-acre site included the new building, a 326 space parking lot, expansion of the existing stormwater management system, and restoration enhancements to the landscaping around the facility. The ASC includes four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and support areas and occupies the first floor of the building. The second and third floors are occupied by multi-specialty tenants. Inside the facility, the design theme that includes the use of radii and ellipses occurs throughout the building.
