Foxdale Village

The renovations and additions to Foxdale Village were completed in multiple phases over 3½ years. Phase I included site-work and construction of a two-level parking structure. Phase II included the construction of a three-story, U-shaped Independent Living apartment building. This building houses 57 units consisting of seven different floor plans ranging in size from 864 to 1,350 SF. This phase also included renovations and additions to the existing Community building. The Community building was renovated to include a country kitchen, dining area, and commercial kitchen with increased capacity. Phase III included a two-story expansion to the existing healthcare facility which added 48 more rooms, a two-story greenhouse, and spa and allows Foxdale Village to care for residents with dementia. This addition is tied into the existing facility by two connecting links. The final phase of the project included renovations to the existing healthcare facility. 136-closed loop geothermal wells and a new stormwater management system were also installed.
