Benchmark Construction increases its pool of Superintendents

Benchmark Construction Company of Brownstown, PA is pleased to announce the promotion of the following employees to the role of Superintendent.

“It’s one of the most important roles in the company because for many clients, they are the face of Benchmark Construction,” said Chris Smith, Benchmark’s Vice President of Operations. “Some of these guys have been with us for a long time and we have watched them grow in their ability to lead while others have more recently joined Benchmark after having honed their skills with other companies. In their own unique ways, they have all demonstrated true craftsmanship, the ability to handle demanding schedules and project complexities, and the capacity for leadership of our employees as well as for our clients.

Superintendents are responsible for coordinating all site construction activities and supervising and training all field personnel as required to successfully complete projects while adhering to schedules and budgets. This includes maintaining the highest quality and supervising all trade and field personnel, all while administering good construction safety practices.
