Benchmark announces several promotions within organization

Benchmark Construction Company of Brownstown, PA is pleased to announce several promotions within the organization.

• Chris Flynn has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Healthcare. Mr. Flynn joined Benchmark five years ago as an Account Manager. In 2014, he was promoted to Project Executive and most recently to Healthcare Executive in 2015. In this leadership role, Mr. Flynn will be responsible for providing oversight to the performance of Benchmark’s Healthcare market, ensuring the success of projects within the market and performing business development for future growth.
• Roger Daub has been promoted to the role of Vice President of the Baltimore market. Mr. Daub joined Benchmark three years ago as a Project Manager and to Market Executive in 2017. In this leadership role, Mr. Daub will be responsible for providing oversight to the performance of Benchmark’s Baltimore market, ensuring the success of projects within the market and performing business development for future growth.
• Matthew Shehan has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Preconstruction Services. Mr. Shehan joined Benchmark six months ago as a Market Executive. In this leadership role, Mr. Shehan will drive accountability for all preconstruction deliverables and services to provide best in class service, support strategic growth goals and increase employee engagement.
