We are thrilled to announce an exciting expansion for Kendal at Longwood, spanning an impressive total of 172,976 square feet! This project includes a fresh addition of 88,064 square feet of new construction alongside an extensive 84,912 square feet of modern renovations. The project includes 20 Independent Living (IL) Units, and 113 Healthcare units, designed with comfort and safety in mind. Not only will residents enjoy a brand-new courtyard perfect for relaxation and socializing, but they will also benefit from enhanced outdoor amenities including additional sidewalks and scenic walking paths.
The upgrades extend to our landscape, introducing sophisticated hardscaping and lush greenery that transform everyday views into picturesque scenes. Added resident storage spaces and a large gathering room provide convenient solutions and areas for community activities. Moreover, our culinary services are set to reach new heights with a newly updated commercial kitchen.

November Update with Superintendent Chad!
We’re excited to share another new update regarding the construction progress on the Kendal at Longwood Campus. Over the last month the building has changed drastically – including 90% completion of the roofing, and the start of exterior finishes on the “C” wing of the building. Superintendent Chad highlights the progress in this month’s update video!
Don and Wyatt Show us the latest changes!
Join us as Project Manager Don, and Assistant Project Manager Wyatt share the latest updates on the latest developments at the Kendal at Longwood Campus. Take a trip around the campus with Don, as he highlights all of the exterior progress (roof framing, roof sheathing, shingles) as we start to “dry-in” the building. Step inside with Wyatt, as he highlights the interior progress as we start with the plumbing, electrical, and sprinkler installations.

Project Manager Don Weeks provides an update on the framing progress, while Superintendent Chad Livingston shares the latest developments happening on-site.
Framing and Concrete, all in a day’s work.
Join us as Site Superintendent Chad shares the latest updates on the exciting developments at the Kendal at Longwood Campus. Polka dot concrete trucks are actively supplying materials to the pump truck as crews pour the final foundation slabs for the building. Rough framing has progressed to the second floor in some areas and is set to resume the week after the pour. In this video, you’ll see our crews pouring and finishing concrete, all while working diligently to manage the muddy conditions on-site.
Summer Intern Takeover!
Join us as our Summer Intern Connor briefly updates us about what’s happening around the Kendal at Longwood Campus. The crane tower has been constructed and will be used to set all of the prefabricated walls in place. Layout Coordinator, Bruce, is busy laying out the interior walls as crews prepare the final touches on CMU block stair towers.
