Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Management: This role emphasizes building strong relationships with all project stakeholders, from inspectors to architects, while also engaging in business development through community and industry events. Responsibilities include coordinating and documenting job site meetings, supporting permits and inspections, and managing project paperwork.
• Field Management: This role focuses on jobsite coordination by working closely with the Superintendent to guide trade partners and ensure excellence across all project phases. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Superintendent and Project Manager to manage schedules, daily logs, timesheets, and safety meetings, while also handling key paperwork such as shop drawings, submittals, photos, and deliveries.
• Carpentry: This role involves performing traditional carpentry tasks such as installing trim, casework, doors, frames, and hardware with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities include measuring, marking, and cutting materials accurately, as well as repairing or replacing damaged structural components.
• Virtual Design & Construction (VDC): This role supports the VDC team by assisting with drawings, prints, and model updates to ensure accuracy and clarity. Key duties include gathering data from project teams to integrate into a unified model, creating visuals such as mock-ups and schedules to aid planning and communication, and maintaining up-to-date models in Procore.
