Responsibilities

  • Provide overall administrative and technical management on construction projects from bid preparation through post construction.
  • Maintain and build the contractor-owner relationship
  • Understand/manage processes including proposal specifications, costs, permits, estimating, project start-up and monthly projection and payment applications.
  • Managing relationships with the owner, Conservation District, inspection agencies, architect, engineers, interior designers, facility staff and subcontractors/vendors

Is This You?

  • 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience with prior experience as a Project Manager
  • 5 years construction experience and 3 years supervisory experience
  • High level of organization and excellent communication skills with an ability to influence
