Quality Craftsmanship: Use hand tools, machines, or power saws to cut materials to specified measurements, measure and mark cutting lines on materials, and remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures.
Site Cleanliness: General clean-up duties include sweeping, trash removal, and distinguishing between waste and reusable materials for future projects.
Maintenance: Keep our work environment spotless! Clean windows, vacuum, mop floors, and maintain the overall tidiness of the job site.
Material Management: Organize and stage materials for upcoming work, unload daily deliveries, and ensure everything is neatly stored in the right location.
Property Caretaker: Maintain the job trailer surroundings, pick up trash, mow grass, and attend to Benchmark perimeter fencing as directed by the Superintendent.
Safety: Adhere to established safety rules, regulations, and ICRA requirements. Recognize and address job site hazards promptly, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Safety First Attitude: Possess a basic understanding of construction safety, demonstrating a commitment to executing work practices safely.

Must be able to receive, accept and act on complex verbal or written instructions in the English language.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
OSHA 10-hour and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (we provide this!)
