What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
Above all, you are hungry, humble, and smart?
- Hands-on Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience gained through on-the-job training, vocational school, technical college, or a formal apprenticeship program.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Proven ability to read and accurately interpret architectural, structural, and site blueprints, along with associated shop drawings.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: When challenges pop up, you don’t panic—you find solutions and keep things moving.
- Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and quick calculations to make sure everything fits just right.
- Tool Mastery: Own and know how to use all the essential carpenter’s hand and power tools.
- Team Player: You work well with others, communicate clearly, and know how to collaborate on a busy job site.
- Safety First: Familiar with OSHA regulations and committed to keeping the worksite safe for yourself and your team.
