Responsibilities

  • Help to develop and maintain positive Owner and related Centers of Influence relationships.
  • Attend and coordinate all on-site job conferences and subcontractor coordination meetings and produce well-documented meeting minutes.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with the Conservation District, Inspection Agencies, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Facility Staff, etc.
  • Schedule and attend all pre-installation meetings with required contractors and suppliers.
  • Participate in Business Development activities as required (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and other social opportunities).
  • Support the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in the successful completion of the project from bid preparation to post-construction.
  • Assist the Superintendent in the successful completion of the project in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
  • Assist the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in making sure all payments are paid on time

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related engineering discipline, or related experience.
  • 1-3 years of proven and successful experience in the Commercial Construction industry.
  • Prior experience with Procore preferred.
