Benchmark invests in carpentry apprentices each year to support the company’s future. Employees selected to participate in the Apprenticeship Program should feel confident that he or she is an important part of our future. Each apprentice is responsible to adhere to both Benchmark and Apprenticeship expectations.
Attend classes at an apprenticeship program, and maintain grades by studying, participating in class, and performing well on tests.
Complete and submit On The Job training hours required.
Maintain a positive attitude, adhere to the dress code, and be prepared for both class and work.
Be eager and willing to learn and follow directions.
Follow established safety practices, ensure a clean and organized job site, and be professional and timely.
