Morphy’s Auction House

The construction of the 16,240 square foot auction house addition included an auction room, cafe, offices, display room, storage, and a loading dock. This expansion has allowed the business to function and grow to its full potential.

While working around a fully operational auction house through the entire construction process, Benchmark took extreme caution to keep the employees and visitors safe. Benchmark requested a permit to create a temporary construction entrance further up the road so trucks and deliveries could be kept away from any public traffic entering and exiting the facility.
