Luthercare

Luthercare’s primary goal of serving its 625 residents is now better administered through the improved 10,000 SF administrative office building. The improvements to the building consisted of interior finish upgrades, new mechanical rooftops, PTACs and duct work throughout, conference rooms on first and second floors, enlarged reception desk and seating area, selective demolition of existing façade to accommodate front and rear additions, and a three-story elevator tower.
