Billie Jean’s Hair & Nail Studio

Benchmark built a new, nearly 4,500 SF building to house Billie Jean’s salon as well as an office and storage for a second tenant. The stone and brick veneer building enjoys an abundance of natural light due to the large storefront windows. Amenities for Billie Jean’s include main salon area with four hair washing stations and seven cutting stations, a dedicated room for manicures and pedicures, separate open space for color that includes four rinsing stations and a color mixing and storage room, men’s and women’s restrooms, a breakroom, reception area, office, and lots of storage.
