Brookwood Court Apartments

Benchmark partnered with Student Lodging, Inc. to complete the redevelopment of the Brookwood Court Apartments over the course of eight summers. Each unit of this off-campus student apartment complex was demolished and reconstructed, including all necessary site work, in as little as three months.
During the most challenging phase of the project in the summer of 2017, Benchmark was able to demolish and reconstruct two of these student apartment buildings in 72 days.
In May 2018, Benchmark will complete the last phase by demolishing and reconstructing one final apartment building as well as adding a new parking lot and storage building. All work will be completed before the fall semester begins.
Each apartment building has either four or eight, four-bedroom apartments measuring 1,100 square feet with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and built-in laundry.
