Benchmark hires a Continuous Improvement Specialist

Benchmark Construction has hired Stephen Sands II as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. In this role, Mr. Sands will work with the Vice President of Operations to maintain Benchmark’s commitment to a continuous improvement mindset. He will work with all departments from construction to support services to identify and eliminate waste, implement standard work practices and establish more efficient and effective work-flows and processes. Mr. Sands has 10 years of construction-related experience. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Penn State University – Harrisburg and was previously employed with Bechtel Corporation as a Construction Project Controls Engineer.
