Benchmark Construction announces promotions

Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Nick Slobozien and Stephanie Kline to the position of Project Manager and John Nikolaus to the position of Assistant Project Manager.

Mr. Slobozien has Master of Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Architectural Engineering / Construction Management degrees from the Pennsylvania State University. He worked at Benchmark as an intern prior to joining the company fulltime and most recently worked on projects for Lebanon Valley College, Berks Community Health Center and Tru Hotels.

Ms. Kline has been with Benchmark for over five years, starting out in our preconstruction department and working as an assistant project manager for the past three years. She is currently working on several projects at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Mr. Nikolaus has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University. He began working for Benchmark as a laborer in 2017 and then moved to the office an intern, working most recently on projects for Berks Community Health Center and Tru Hotels.

As project managers, Mr. Slobozien and Ms. Kline will be responsible for coordinating field and administrative activities as well as ensuring all parties involved in the construction process are working to serve our clients’ best interests. Mr. Nikolaus will aid project managers in the day to day tasks of running a project.
