Benchmark announces promotions
We are pleased to announce several promotions within the organization.

- Roger Daub and Walt Taylor have both been promoted to the role of Market Executive for the Healthcare and Commercial/Specialty Markets respectively. Mr. Daub joined Benchmark two years ago as a Project Manager. Mr. Taylor began as a Project Estimator and recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary with the company. In the role of Market Executive, among their many responsibilities is the support of our preconstruction processes to ensure they are being executed at the highest level.

- Benchmark recently formalized the role of Senior Project Manager and has promoted Ryan McCreary, Cary Zamilski and Don Weeks to this position with 11, 10 and 13 years with Benchmark respectively. Each has years of experience managing high profile healthcare construction projects and in addition support the company by providing performance planning for younger PMs and APMs while also actively pursuing business development opportunities.

- Zach Houseal has been promoted to the position of Project Manager. Mr. Houseal has been with Benchmark since 2013. As a Project Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of select projects which includes coordinating field and administrative activities as well as ensuring all parties involved in the construction process are working to serve the clients’ best interests.

- Cody Bost has been promoted to the role of Assistant Project Manager. Mr. Bost joined Benchmark as a Facilities Coordinator in January 2016. As an APM, he will continue to conduct research for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, coordinate utilities shutdowns on projects, and apply his knowledge of Department of Health regulations. New responsibilities include managing all MEP subcontractors as well as providing overall management to smaller projects for Benchmark’s work at Lancaster General Hospital.

- Cindy Steinman has been promoted to the position of Leadership and Culture Associate providing administrative and logistical support to the Leadership and Culture team. Her responsibilities in this role will include the implementation of a new human resource information system as well as assisting with the company’s employee engagement initiative. Ms. Steinman began working at Benchmark in February 2016.
