The Club’s “Better Than Ever” plan added a 220-seat ballroom to its current 120-seat ballroom that was too small, which forced the private club to use the adjoining casual-dining grill as overflow seating for ballroom guests. The ballroom and grill were renovated into a new upscale casual-dining restaurant, the 135-seat Flynn Grille and Flynn Bar, which will always be available to members.

The expansion plan also included renovation of all the bunkers and the addition of tees to the Flynn Golf Course and renovation of the tennis pavilion.
