With 64 suites in three different styles, Shenks Hall serves as a home-away-from-home for 204 Millersville University students. Suites in this three-story residence hall range in size from 276 square feet to 864 square feet. The smallest unit is a double-occupancy room with a single full bathroom. Other units provide sleeping quarters for four persons, two full bathrooms, and one centralized living area. In addition, each suite contains the latest in information technology enabling students to connect with the University network.

The teamwork and dedication to create an eye-catching building made leasing of the suites easy for the Owner. By January 2005, the rooms were completely rented for the fall 2005 college semester. From the inviting furniture in the study and lounge areas, to the big screen television and game room, Shenks Hall offers a level of ambiance and comfort that makes the residents feel right at home.
