The three-story apartment building is comprised of 62, two-bedroom units and also includes two guest rooms. It connects to the existing campus community center via an enclosed walkway.

The new state-of-the-art wellness center is an addition to the existing community center and includes a 24’ x 66’ cool water lap pool, a 27’ x 50’ warm water therapy pool and a bubbly couch. The center also features a 3,200 SF fitness center with aerobic room, pneumatic strengthening equipment, cardiovascular equipment, free weights and other amenities including a juice bar. In addition to the pools and fitness center, the facility includes an expanded 1,400 SF beauty/barber shop with five hair care stations, a manicure area (one being private), as well as two massage therapy rooms.
