Berkshire Country Club
In true classic country club style, the
projects at Berkshire Country Club
incorporated the use of mahogany,
marble and brass in its design. These
fine materials demanded superior and exacting craftsmanship to be
successfully integrated into this
prestigous and historic country club.
The first of two major renovations was a renovation to the Club’s reception,
ballroom and dining and cocktail areas. With only 55 working days to complete the project, Benchmark accepted the task and outperformed all expectations. Even on this fast paced project, the quality was never compromised, earning Benchmark its first “Eagle” National Award of
Excellence. The subsequent project was the renovation of the men’s and women’s locker area and the pro shop.

| During the course of the project, Benchmark and their employees, ran the most organized, clean, and safe project I have ever been associated with to date. The day to day supervision and management team kept us aware of daily changes and continually strived to keep the project on an even keel to a swift completion. I would highly
recommend Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. for any project which requires a high level of quality, and projects with a very stringent time schedule.
