Texas Road House Restaurant

The Texas Road House Restaurant is known for fast service, and that’s what they demand for their construction projects. With a 90-day schedule and the added obstacle of a mid-winter start, Benchmark had to hit the ground running. The project was under roof in just 25 days, and then started the labor intensive installation of more than 12,000 lineal feet of cedar siding on the exterior as well as more than 5,000 lineal feet of trim on the interior. In order to maintain the challenging schedule, as many as 12 Benchmark carpenters worked in conjunction with other trades to make this happen. While the finish a rough look, each piece of millwork was meticulously cut and installed to meet the exacting quality standards required for the project.
As promised, within 90 days the new Texas Road House was ready for business. The project is a testament to the fact that a fast-paced project can still be held to a high level of quality, but only through dedication, determination and good planning.
