Summit National Life Insurance
The Summit National Life Insurance Building is a 30,000 SF structural steel and structural steel stud, brick veneer building, located in the Erin Office Park.
A dramatic setting was created at the atrium, achieved by a helical stair with curved glass rail, which is
brilliantly illuminated by a 12’ x 30’ skylight directly above the stairs. The roof is a mixture of a flat modified built up in the center and a structural steel stud framed mansard roof around the perimeter of the building, covered with an architectural shingle. The brick facade and classic design lends to the feeling of security and strength desired by the Owners. Timely completion of this challenging project was a direct result of all
parties working together as a team.
