“Affordable luxury” is what Luthercare has in the Cottages at Luther Acres. Twelve cottages split into four clusters are neatly tucked into this full service continuing care facility.

Each cluster is comprised of three cottages and a detached garage with three individual bays. All the buildings in a cluster are linked by a series of covered walkways. The interior of the cottages feature vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry and millwork, and even fireplaces.

The project was on a tight schedule and started out rocky when nearly 3000 cubic yards of stone needed to be removed before foundations could begin. Even wtih this setback, the project was completed in less than six months and all the residents moved in as scheduled.
