Project Executive
The qualified candidate must have excellent leadership skills and effectively manage others on the project team. The candidate must have the ability to supervise the team and all activities on multiple commercial and institutional construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing job progress, scheduling, job cost controls, material and subcontractor procurement. The candidate must have exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills in order to interact with clients, design professionals and project team members. Job responsibilities include overseeing cost control, scheduling, document control, change order development and coordination of subcontractors. The candidate must have a minimum of seven years of commercial and institutional construction experience. The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel. A construction related degree is preferred.

A construction related degree is preferred.
