Benchmark Construction Company has recently named Stuart Smith Preconstruction Manager. Smith’s responsibilities include coordinating all issues with local code enforcement, zoning officers and township engineers. He also processes and presents various preconstruction tools including schedule management, quality management, information management and cost management to clients.

Smith is a graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. He joined Benchmark in 2008, most recently serving as Project Estimator.
