Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. has been awarded a contract from McMichael Builders, LLC to construct a portion of The Shoppes at Landis Valley, a 33,000 square foot strip mall at the intersection of Oregon Pike and Landis Valley Road. The project is slated to begin construction in June with an anticipated completion date of September 2010. The new shoppes will provide spaces for a variety of uses including retail shops, service type business and a limited number of food uses as permitted by code.
