Benchmark Construction Company has recently named Devin Learn Preconstruction Manager. Learn’s responsibilities include coordinating all issues with local code enforcement, zoning officers and township engineers. He also processes and presents various preconstruction tools including schedule management, quality management, information management and cost management to clients.

Learn is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering. He joined Benchmark in 2006, most recently serving as Project Estimator.
