Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. has been awarded a contract to construct a new 75,000 square foot warehouse addition at Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Company, which will include new loading docks and the associated sitework.

Construction for this project commenced in June with an anticipated completion date of December. Ryan McCreary will represent Benchmark as the Project Manager and Troy Boyer will be the on-site superintendent.
