Benchmark Construction Company, Inc has recently promoted Dan Frank to Senior Estimator. Frank’s responsibilities include detailed quantity take off, bid submission, material and service procurement as well as the educating of younger, less experienced staff in estimating systems and software. Frank resides in Lancaster and is a graduate from Millersville University.
