Benchmark Construction’s Safety Director, Jeremiah C. Rineer (Jer) has been certified by the OSHA Training Institute in Excavation, Trenching and Soil Mechanics. This training qualifies Rineer to test and classify soils in any excavation or trenches. By receiving this certification, Rineer will enhance the safety of Benchmark’s employees and Benchmark’s subcontractors and help identify any possible safety hazards.
