Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. recently broke ground for the $7.9 million Crossroads Ambulatory Surgery Center located in the Brownstown Commons Office Park in Brownstown, PA. This new single story 21,000 square-foot facility will be owned by Brandt F.L.P. and occupied by the Crossroads Ambulatory Surgery Center Associates. The center will provide state of the art operating rooms for various outpatient surgical procedures as well as recovery bays for the patients. The center will also include a pain management clinic with exam and procedure rooms. Anticipated opening for the center is early fall 2008. Benchmark has named Judd Foelker as the Project Manager and Troy Boyer will be the Project Superintendent.
