Project Description: The 3936 sf Minit Market consists of an extensive aluminum storefront entrance, ATM machine, coffee bar, and the new and improved soda zone!!!! All of the interior casework incorporates a wide variety of finishes which include plastic laminate, solid surface material, and brushed stainless steel. The exterior walls for the minit market and car wash are both constructed out of 8” split face block. The car wash will also incorporate 2 vacuum stations, and 2 - 1500 gallon underground water reclaim tanks. A fuel canopy consisting of 8 gas pumps will be located in front of the Minit Market.
